Terms of Use

1. Who we are and this agreement

NEETlab (www.neetlab.co.in) is run by Visiora Labs Private Limited (CIN U62099UP2026PTC249507), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India(“NEETlab”, “we”, “us”).

These Terms are a contract between you and us. By creating an account, taking a test, buying a plan or otherwise using NEETlab you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use NEETlab.

2. Students under 18

Many NEET aspirants are under 18. Under Indian law a person under 18 cannot enter a binding contract, and their personal data needs a parent’s or lawful guardian’s consent.

• If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy for you. We ask for this when you sign up.
• The parent or guardian who accepts is responsible for the student’s use of NEETlab and for any purchase made on the account.
• Paid plans for students under 18 must be bought by, or with the permission of, the parent or guardian.
• If we learn that a student under 18 is using NEETlab without guardian consent, we may pause the account until consent is given, or delete it.

3. Your account

• Give true details. One account is for one student; do not share it or sell it.
• Keep your password safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time by writing to us (see Section 15).

4. What NEETlab is, and is not

NEETlab is an educational practice service: 3D labs, worksheets, mock tests, test reports and teacher help for NEET preparation.

• NEETlab is notconnected to, approved by, or speaking for the National Testing Agency (NTA), NCERT, NMC or any government body. “NEET” is used only to describe the exam our material prepares for.
• Mock-test scores, ranks, “predicted” or “dream” scores and reports are practice estimates. We do not promise any mark, rank, cut-off or admission.
• We work hard to keep questions, answer keys and explanations correct, but mistakes happen. If you find one, tell us and we will fix it. An answer-key error is not a ground for a refund by itself, but we will re-score affected tests.
• We may add, change or retire features. We will not take away something you have paid for during its paid period without a fair refund.

5. Paid plans and payments

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless the page says otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed access period shown at checkout (for example one month, one year, or until the date shown for a test series). Plans do not renew automatically; you pay again only if you choose to.
• “Launch” or “founding” prices apply only for the seats or dates stated on the pricing page.
• Refunds follow our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

6. Things you must not do

• Copy, download in bulk, scrape, resell or re-publish our questions, worksheets, labs, videos or reports.
• Share paid material, login details or test links with people who have not paid.
• Use unfair means in a test: another person, another device, searching answers, or tools that tamper with the test.
• Upload anything illegal, sexual, hateful, violent, or that belongs to someone else without permission.
• Abuse, threaten or harass our teachers, staff or other students.
• Try to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer NEETlab, or get into accounts or data that are not yours.
• Pretend to be someone else, or give a false age or false guardian consent.

7. Tests, ranks and fair play

Ranks only mean something if everyone plays fair. We may review any attempt that looks unusual (for example a very fast finish with perfect answers, or answers identical to another account).

• After review we may keep a rank on hold, remove it from the leaderboard, or mark the attempt as void. A person, not software alone, makes this decision.
• We will tell you the reason and you can reply to the Grievance Officer within 15 days to ask us to look again.
• Some ranked tests may in future offer camera-based supervision. It will always be explained on its own screen and will need your (and, if you are under 18, your guardian’s) separate consent before the camera is switched on. You can always take the same test without it; the result is then shown as unranked.

8. What you send us

Doubts, photos of questions, messages and survey answers you send stay yours. You allow us to store, show and use them only to run NEETlab: to answer your doubt, keep your history, fix problems and improve our teaching. We will not publish your name, photo or messages without asking you first.

Only send material you have the right to share. Do not put phone numbers, addresses or other personal details in a doubt. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

9. Our content

The labs, animations, software, explanations, reports, worksheets and the way we select and arrange questions belong to Visiora Labs Private Limitedor its licensors. Questions from past public examinations are reproduced for education and remain subject to their original owners’ rights. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use NEETlab for your own study. Printing a worksheet for your own practice is fine; distributing it is not.

10. Emails and messages

We send service messages you need (sign-up, payment receipts, test results, replies to doubts). Offers and study updates are sent only if you have said yes, and every such message lets you stop them. You can also write to us to stop them.

11. Other services

NEETlab uses outside services such as Google sign-in, Razorpay, YouTube and Telegram. Their own terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for websites we link to.

12. Limits of our responsibility

We provide NEETlab “as is”. We try to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or suited to your particular study plan.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (such as a lower exam result, missed admission, or lost time), and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract.

13. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. Where possible we will warn you first and tell you why. If we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of your plan.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For important changes we will tell you by email or on the site before they apply, and where the law needs it we will ask for your agreement again. Continuing to use NEETlab after a change means you accept it.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact the Grievance Officer first; most problems are solved quickly that way. Subject to your right as a consumer to approach a consumer commission where you live, courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
