Refunds & Cancellation

1. Cancelling

Every NEETlab plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: when the period ends, access simply stops unless you choose to pay again.

2. Refund rules for each plan

• NEETlab Test Series 2027 and Test Series Premium: full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and have submitted no more than one paid test.
• Worksheet Pass (₹99): you get a 14-day free trial before paying. If you change your mind, ask within 7 days of paying for a full refund.
• Doubt Clinic: full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and have not yet asked a doubt or joined a live class in that period.
• Personal Mentorship: full refund if you ask before your first mentor session. After that, we refund the sessions not yet held in the current period.

3. When we always refund

• You were charged twice for the same plan.
• Money left your account but the payment failed or the plan was not activated. Failed payments are usually reversed automatically by the bank within 5–7 working days; if not, write to us.
• We could not provide what you paid for (for example a class we cancelled and did not reschedule).
• We close your paid account without any breach on your part: you get back the unused part.

4. When we do not refund

• After the refund window for your plan has closed, or once the conditions above are no longer met.
• If an account is closed for breaking our Terms (for example sharing paid material or using unfair means in tests).
• For not getting a particular mark, rank or admission. NEETlab cannot promise these.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email visioralabs@neetlab.co.in from the email on your account with your Razorpay payment ID (it is on your receipt) and a line on why. We reply within 48 hours.

6. How long it takes

Once approved, we start the refund within 7 working days. It goes back to the same card, UPI or account you paid from; your bank may take another 5–10 working days to show it. Access to the plan ends when the refund is made.

7. Delivery

NEETlab plans are digital services. Nothing is shipped. Access starts on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. If it does not, write to us.
